| November 2005 Fidelity International informed MPC Capital pursuant to sections 21 para. 1 and 22 para. 1 WpHG that the voting rights fall below the threshold of 5% on November 10, 2005 and now amount to 4.62%. The voting rights are attributed to Fidelity International pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 # 6 of WpHG. FMR Corp., 82 Devonshire Street, Boston Massachussetts 02109, USA, informed MPC Capital pursuant to sections 21 para. 1 and 22 para. 1 WpHG that the voting rights fall below the threshold of 5% on November 22, 2005 and now amount to 5.10%. The voting rights are attributed to FMR Corp. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of WpHG and section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 of WpHG. October 2005 Fidelity International informed MPC Capital pursuant to sections 21 para. 1 and 22 para. 1 WpHG that the voting rights exceeded the threshold of 5% on October 14, 2005 and now amount to 5.06%.
