The Supervisory Board is involved in decisions that are of fundamental importance to the company. It reports to the shareholders in the context of the Annual Report. The members of the Supervisory Board are elected by the Shareholders' Meeting. |

Ellerbeck who will no longer be a member of the Supervisory Board. After serving long time in various leading positions in the financial industry in 2006 he founded Corsair Capital. Today Ignacio Jayanti is President of Corsair Capital and serves as a member of the Investment Committees of the Corsair II and Corsair III funds. |
