| The Government Commission appointed by Justice Minister September 2001 adopted the German Corporate Governance Code on February 26, 2002. The German Corporate Governance Code was amended on June 6, 2008. Through the declaration of conformity pursuant to Article 161 of the Stock Corporation Act (AktG) as amended by the Transparency and Disclosure Law, that become effective on July 26, 2002, the Code has a legal basis. The Code is published in its latest version in the official section of the electronic Bundesanzeiger. The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board published a joint declaration on the recommendations according to Art. 116 Stock Corporation Act (AktG) |
