("Corsair Capital ") which has guaranteed to MPC Capital AG to hold those shares at least until April 30, 2012. Additionally, 188.040 of these shares are held by UniCredit Beteiligungs GmbH which has also guaranteed to MPC Capital AG to hold those shares at least until April 30, 2012. |
