Financial Structuring

The in-house team is responsible for structuring renewable projects - like the Ancora windpark project - analysing them in detail, finding investors for the project, negotiating with partners and supervising all financial issues during construction.

Project supervision

The unit supervises all construction issues, together with local partners, ensuring that they are on time and on budget.

Asset Management

The principles of our asset management are: increase revenue, reduce operations costs, increase billable energy production and optimize performance. Our in-house asset managers start working as techncial advisors during the acquisition phase and continue through construction and operation phases in order to optimize the asset in a holistic approach.
