Joint Venture between MPC Capital subsidiary and Angelo Gordon acquires real estate portfolio of Inside Investments

Hamburg/Amsterdam, 6 June 2018 - A Joint Venture between Cairn Real Estate and Angelo Gordon has acquired a real estate portfolio from Inside Investments.

The portfolio contains nine buildings with a floorspace of more than 100,000 m2. The acquired portfolio contains a mix of asset classes but is predominantly grocery anchored retail and logistics located in the Randstad. The buildings are mostly leased to credit worthy national and international tenants.
