Hamburg, 6 August 2019 - MPC Capital AG (Deutsche Börse, Scale, ISIN DE000A1TNWJ4) has established an Advisory Board for its Real Estate Holding. The committee consists of four members:
- Dr. Georg Allendorf, FRICS, Allendorf Consulting, former Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Europe of DWS,
- Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert, MRICS REV - Managing Director IRE|BS Institut für Immobilienwirtschaft and Sustainability Expert,
- Dr. Sven Eggers, partner of the auditing company EY, and
- Dr. Knut Riesmeier, Managing Director of Dr. Riesmeier Real Estate Capital GmbH, former Managing Director of MEAG.
The advisory board is to advise the management of MPC Real Estate Holding on questions of corporate strategy, investment decisions and project financing processes. The focus will be on topics such as the sustainability of real estate, new real estate concepts such as co-working and co-living as well as capital market issues and economic and regulatory aspects of product design.
MPC Real Estate Holding brings together all investment strategies in the real estate sector of MPC Capital. MPC Micro Living Development GmbH (Micro Living), MPC Real Estate Solutions GmbH (commercial and residential real estate in Germany) as well as Cairn Real Estate (commercial and residential real estate in the Netherlands) are combined under its umbrella. In total, MPC Capital employs almost 60 people in the real estate sector, who currently manage assets worth around EUR 2.1 billion.
